Watched two movies this week with my friend(s) [SECRET is such a sweet movie, I actualled cried! Disturbia is more scary than a horror film], I promise if I carry on like this I wouldn't maintain my A2 average. ]: Stop procrastinating and start studying, Charmaine!

I think I get panic attacks every now and then, if it continues I think I'll die from a heart attack. And last week, I started crying in the middle of the canteen FOR NO REASON. 'cause my heart was like aching and it was freaking pain. Literally, PHYSICALLY PAIN. AND NO, it's not because I'm sad, as I was very happy that day.
